Kira

Meet Kira, the 6-year-old ball of energy who’s been at the center for over 2 years. This big girl is full of life, always ready for action and adventure. Kira started her journey with a family who adopted her as a pup, but unfortunately, the match didn’t work out because they couldn't provide her with the attention and care she needed. That may have saddened her for a while, but Kira is still very playful and loves nothing more than a good game of chase or fetch (she's practically a professional). While she’s in great health and doesn’t have any special care needs, Kira prefers some solo time and spends her days in her enclosure, as she’s a bit more of a “lone wolf” when it comes to her doggy friends.
