Freddy

Freddy joined Red Panda in 2021, so he's been at the shelter for almost 4 years. It's been difficult for the staff to promote him for adoption due to his age and size as most people usually look for smaller dogs and puppies. He was abandoned in a field when he was younger, so he spent his days alone until someone noticed him in need and reached out to Red Panda for help. They were able to bring him to safety, where he’s been ever since. Freddy is the definition of a "gentle giant." Although he’s older and larger, the moment he arrived, he rediscovered his playful side and is truly a wonderful companion – kind, obedient, playful, and full of affection. He also loves playing with other days, but sometimes younger ones are a bit much for him because he’s more calm and enjoys his peace.
