For streamlining purposes, your donation is not sent immediately to shelters. All subscription payments arrive in the same bank account, and, at the start of each month, our team reviews them, records them, splits them and forwards them to the respective shelters based on your checkout-form responses. This ensures our shelters receive timely and organized support.

After you purchase your subscription package, we will send your donation to the respective shelter or adoption center. We monitor their usage of the funds through close communication; this can range from taking care of the animal you virtually adopted, to refurbishing paddocks, or treating another sick animal at the same shelter. In other words, we ensure that your donation is spent towards the shelter's overall needs, but we cannot guarantee that it will exclusively support the specific animal you chose. We can promise, however, that the animal you adopted is really well taken care of.

No. When you choose to virtually adopt a pet, you may be joining others in adopting the same animal. The more donations a shelter receives, the more resources it will have to provide the best care possible for its residents. Every contribution helps create a brighter future for them!
